Refund Policy

We apply a 14-day return policy on defective products or those not subject to our "final sale" policy, which applies to all items with customization. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at the following address : ventes@securisport.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 2055 Avenue Branly, Quebec (Quebec), G1N 4C7, Canada. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation for the return of the defective item(s).Returned items without prior return request will not be accepted. The customer can send their return via the carrier of their choice, or bring the product directly to our premises.

WARNING: we do not accept returns of non-defective items with custom printing (final sale).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and address it.


Exceptions or non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as our custom products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns of used safety products (protective foams, safety nets...). Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.


14-day reflection period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This does not apply to personalized items (final sale).


Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not.If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
